Dmitry Myznikov is a KMC26 organizer and coordinator and a member of the Kinor Media team. He has more than 20 years of experience in computer technology. His listed topics at Living Creatives 2025 covered multicamera live production and media team development, including recruitment, motivation and growth.
He contributes to Radio Kinor, the «Небесно-голубой подкаст» podcast, media conferences and the development of digital tools. His work includes AI, programming, live streaming and bringing different systems together into a working solution, with particular attention to small teams on limited budgets.
At KMC26, he helps participants connect, share experience and start projects together. He wants newcomers to find support, established teams to grow and volunteers to put their abilities to use. He believes that talents given by God are meant to benefit others: offering support, bringing hope and helping people explore faith.
Looking ahead, he hopes to develop a media school, online gatherings and shared learning opportunities so that collaboration and mutual support continue beyond the conference.
