Everyone brings different experience and challenges. Are you building a team, creating content or thinking about your first step? Bring your questions and explore the answers with us.
Purpose and strategy · Content and creativity · Technology and production · People and communication.
Bloggers and content creators
- How do I find out what really matters to my audience?
- What can I do when my channel stops growing?
- How can a view become the start of a real conversation?
Media teams
- How can we handle sound, filming and livestreaming without always rushing?
- How can we share the work without burning out?
- What can we entrust to AI, and what needs a human?
Leaders and organizers
- How do we know what kind of media project our community needs?
- How can I build a team without carrying everything on my own?
- How do we see the value of our media work beyond viewing figures?
If you are just getting started
- Where do I begin if I have an idea but little experience?
- What can I make with the tools I already have?
- Where can I find people I can turn to for advice?
From Reach to Conversation
Three days, three themes
We will explore why we create media and who it is for, move into practice, then look at how to help someone take a next step after their first response.
Purpose and people
Reaching people starts with understanding them.
Who do we want to help? We will begin by getting to know one another, exploring our projects’ aims and listening to our audiences’ questions. We will discuss what helps someone notice our content and find something in it that matters to them.
Putting ideas into practice
Skills, technology and teamwork.
From stories and video to sound, livestreaming and AI. We will explore approaches and tools for real tasks and discuss what fits your team.
Beyond the view
From a first response to a conversation and a next step.
A comment, a question or a message can be the start of a connection. We will discuss how to respond with care and help someone take a next step that suits them: ask a question, keep talking or join a gathering.
Preliminary program. Times, sessions and speakers are being confirmed.
You are not alone
Sometimes everything rests on you: the idea, the technology, the content and an endless list of tasks. Here you can ask a simple question, share what is not working and talk with people who understand.

People to keep going with

We want the connections you make to last beyond the conference. Sharing experience, discussing an idea or finding collaborators for a project can be the start of something you continue together.
