Vadim Birman is a journalist, TV camera operator and documentary filmmaker, and the creative director of Kinor Media. He has more than 35 years of experience in media, television and radio, with projects in Russia, Ukraine and Israel. He films interviews and video stories about people and created the documentary project “Gypsy Awakening.”
His experience brings the technical and creative sides of filming together: shaping a conversation, choosing a visual approach and bringing out a person's story. For those making interviews, video podcasts or reports, it offers a perspective on production that considers the people on both sides of the camera.
